Bingo Squad- Shift 1
Assist with traveling bingo game 12PM- 2PM
Need people designated to verify entries, distribute tickets, draw tickets and announce winners, distribute prizes, and take photos of winners with prizes.
Bingo Squad- Shift 2
Assist with Bingo game 2:00-4:00.

Need people designated to verify entries, distribute tickets, draw tickets and announce winners, distribute prizes, and take photos of winners with prizes.
Break Down Squad
Break down the event: 4:00-6:00 PM

Return the event space to its original condition
Parking lot guide- Shift 1
11:30 AM-1:30 PM

Direct guests from parking lot to event room.
Parking lot guide- shift 2
1:30-3:30 PM

Direct guests from parking lot to event room.
Photographer Assistant- Shift 1
12 PM-2PM

Maintain sign up list for guests wanting to get their headshots taken. Call the next person in line.

Set up squad
Assist with setting up the event, 10:30 AM-12:30 PM
